The Student Space Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned student, voluntarily participate in The Student Coworking & Colearning Space ("the Space") provided by Wissera. I understand and acknowledge the following:
- I am at least 16 years old and a rising junior or senior enrolled in a Massachusetts high school.
- Participation involves working on projects and engaging in colearning activities, which may include use of personal laptops and other digital tools.
- I assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to, physical or mental strain, equipment failure, or unforeseen incidents.
Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Wissera, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Space, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Assumption of Risk
I am fully aware of the risks involved and accept them voluntarily. I agree to follow all rules and guidelines provided by the Space leadership.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wissera from any claims, actions, or damages resulting from my participation in the Space, including any actions by third parties.
Consent
I consent to the use of my name, image, or likeness in promotional materials related to the Space, unless I provide written objection.
